Living with OCD is stressful

Having to deal with intrusive thoughts, including those screaming in my head there's something wrong when there isn't, and also trying to twist reality prodding me to believe something went wrong when I know it hasn't, along with an incredible amount of paranoid vibes which really don't make any favors in my chaotic life.

At times it calms down, but as soon as I try enjoying myself and thinking I have a moment of respite, it tries to scream into my head again. Its as if it just won't allow me to have a moment's peace no matter how I try.

Truly annoying.
