fennectikSo I make the decision on searching those ICE raids since I'm hearing they're getting out of hand under the rule of Dictator Orange.
Man, I regret even watching a seconds of any of them.
These "influencers" going on about babbling on how their Dictator is "applying the law" and their nasal voices rising in excitement when mentioning how many people get dragged away by agents in any other part of the country, some of these apathetic individuals even making dumb statements like said immigrants "breaking the law" and "taking our jobs" as justification on how everything is being handled.
Jesus Christ.
I'm not surprised most of said clips they're showing on those videos are mostly from FOX NEWS and any other outlet heavy on the right wing rhetoric. Would be something if said "influencers" actually show bits about how these agents smash windows on people's vehicles, dragging them out without even confirming if they are indeed undocumented or even clarifying that they have work permits to be in this country.
Raids had happen before true, and I am not against them unless they go THIS far. These people are being dragged into custody without any due process, without their rights being enforced and some are sent to countries they don't even originated from to be put in the worst of prisons without a second thought.
So factories and the like aren't the only places where raids are happening. They happen in plain streets where people drive or walk. This isn't lawful in the least. Is more in tandem with Gestapo-like mentality.
This is a Dictatorship in motion. Something I never thought this country would be subjected to.
But I am sure those who see it differently would disagree with my statement, telling me that these people "deserve" it for trying to live a better life.
